Ayurvedic Regeneration Program

Our Ayurvedic regeneration program begins with a comprehensive consultation to determine your constitution (Prakriti) and current imbalances (Vikriti). This step is essential before any traditional Ayurvedic treatment can begin.

Additionally, we take your medical history and conduct a 30-minute consultation to discuss any chronic conditions or current health concerns. This consultation is held in cooperation with an experienced Ayurvedic doctor from Sri Lanka via an online session.

You will also receive a personalized guide with lifestyle and dietary recommendations tailored to your Dosha constitution, delivered via email.

Individually Tailored Treatments

Based on your body type and current health condition, a customized treatment plan will be created. Each day you will receive 3–4 Ayurvedic applications, for example:

• Shiro Abhyanga (head massage)

• Sharirya Abhyanga (full-body massage)

• Shirodhara (oil pouring on the forehead)

• Kati Basti (oil therapy for the lower back)

• Pinda Sweda (herbal poultice massage)

All treatments are individually adapted to your Dosha constitution and specific needs.

Treatment duration: approx. 3 hours per day
Traditional oils: We use only authentic Ayurvedic oils from Sri Lanka.

For all programs of 3 days or more, Ayurvedic dietary supplements with daily dosage are included.
